I am a full-time, professional REALTOR® and have worked with clients since 2015 as a member of the Van Cleave Real Estate Team. I started as a buyer’s agent and now have the pleasure of working with buyers and sellers to help them reach their real estate goals. I work in the Ames area and surrounding communities and also serve the Ankeny and Des Moines metros.
As a dedicated agent, I enjoy working with repeat clients, first-time homebuyers, and investors. My business is 100% referral-based and this is the main reason why I love my job! Dedication to my clients and their continued referrals have allowed me to become a top producer with CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate and a Quality Service Pinnacle Producer, an award for excellent client care based on the testimonials of the people I serve.
I grew up in Jewell and played golf at Iowa State University (go Cyclones!) and am still very involved with the local golf community. My husband, Austin, is a local school teacher and we have three children, Kruise, Piper, and Griffin. We attend Cornerstone Church and love connecting with people in our community. Austin and I bought our first home in Ames and have continued to invest in real estate by purchasing investment properties.
My goal in real estate is to serve buyers and sellers in Central Iowa at the highest level by providing honest and trustworthy service every step of the way. This includes constant communication, high-level education for my clients, and an understanding of their real estate goals.
My experience allows me to educate my clients and help them learn every piece of the real estate puzzle. This includes understanding their financing options, connecting them with local vendors, and building relationships with agents in the market to help them win.
